On September 13, 2007, over one hundred Northwest Louisiana artists were put on display at the Shreveport Regional Airport. To accompany the exhibit, produced by Kalmbach Smith Meadows and the Artport committee, a book was published. For the book, in August in his studio, Neil made portraits of each artist and photographed each piece of work. Neil also coordinated the group photo (on the right) taken the evening of the exhibit opening celebration.
