In November of 2006, Neil created an image of downtown Shreveport at twilight. Taken from the roof of Horseshoe Casino Hotel across the river from downtown, the image captures in stunning elegance and fine detail the "next great city of the South." A print is currently hanging behind the desk of Shreveport Mayor Cedric Glover. Framed, ready-to-hang archival prints of the image (the same as Mayor Glover's) are available at Neil's studio.
